Lights pollute the night skies.

The night skies are dark, until you turn the lights on.

Artificial light deals with issues surrounding light pollution from the perspective of another being/outsider (not necessarily human)
Artificial light is a multi-layered film, filmed on super-8 film and mini dv video.
